For now, the romper styles are just more practical - they cover most of her delicate super white Norwegian skin and there isn't anything that needs to be pulled/tugged or fussed with to get into place. Modesty aside, I'm not sure how you would keep that ladybug bikini on a toddler.

Oddly enough, I think if I had to choose between the European style of kids suits (little girls and boys just wear bottoms) and those suits, I would go euro. And last summer when I was at a hotel but forgot her suit, I did take her with just a diaper on. While topless shows more skin, it is the opposite of sexualizing a toddler. Unlike those two piece suits, wearing only bottoms seems to say "move along, nothing but a baby to see here"MacKenziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04018963981535476477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2657912610170806601.post-12243890401242236622012-02-27T11:21:03.010-06:002012-02-27T11:21:03.010-06:00THAT LADYBUG bikini! I confess, I had...THAT LADYBUG bikini! THE HORROR!
I confess, I had my own two piece when I was little and I loved it. But ohmygosh if anyone tried to get me to put that on my hypothetical daughter, they'd be in serious trouble.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04164565112577875908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2657912610170806601.post-1723485736532559972012-02-26T21:41:33.199-06:002012-02-26T21:41:33.199-06:00You are so right about chores helping get through ...You are so right about chores helping get through the day. I've noticed that if I'm working, Zuzu will either help or go play quietly in her room,. If I sit down at my computer, she's right there with me shouting "train" and hitting me. (I'm not a fan of the new hitting to get my attention phase.) She also switches from Mama to Elaine if I don't answer fast enough. The fastest way to calm her down is for me to get up and get busy.

I'm sorry that's not an option for you right now. I'll pray that she'll adjust and you'll be able to get through this hard spot.aggierudy3https://www.blogger.com/profile/14611749490276368709noreply@blogger.com
