Wednesday night, I received a call about a job for today at the high school. I accepted it, then went online to see the details. It was an assignment I had previously done. I thought back to that day, and remembered that a certain student, who I have taught more than once, is in one of the classes I would teach as part of this assignment. Remembering the difficulty I have had with this student, I went ahead and canceled the job. Furthermore, this student is a sophomore girl. Feel free to mock me.

perhaps if you'd told her you used to dress up like a gopher, things may have ended differently.
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to mock, teenager girls can be very scary.
ReplyDeleteyeah, teenage girls are pretty much the worst.
ReplyDeleteAvoidance is a good strategy; I use it quite often.
ReplyDeletethat girl was me when i was 15. i should apologize - do i apologize to you?
